The hill on the Kurve module is built up from layers of one inch pinkfoam sheets, which doesn't look very presentable, nor is it sturdy. I dressed up the sides of the module with Lauan plywood, which is thin, hard, and lighter than hardboard. I glued the sides to the module using paintable Silicone caulk, and also filled the gaps along the edges.
