SFO - CPH

Serious legroom. This is a regular Economy seat with a bulkhead surcharge. I don't think I've ever had this much space on an airplane outside Business class.

As we're taking off, Karl says Hi.

The flight was uneventful, the food surprisingly good. Chicken with rice and veggies for dinner with freshly baked buns, and a European-style breakfast with buns, fruit, cereal, and yoghurt. Everything was fresh and tasty. The transit hall at Copenhagen airport is inviting, bright, and airy. Really nice to sit here and wait for the gate announcement for my connecting flight to Stuttgart.

Like so many airports, CPH has perfected the concept of being a mall with air connections. The dingy departure lounge for Stuttgart at gate B2 is nothing to write home about, and quite a let-down compared to the rest of the airport. However, WiFi is stable, fast, and free, throughout the airport.
